Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Section

This Section perform the following activities:-

Coordinate preparations and implementations of TPRI plans and budgets in line with the government budget; Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the TPRI plans and budgets and prepare performance reports; Encourage and facilitate the provision of services by the Private Sector in the TPRI; Institutionalize strategic planning; budget; and monitoring and evaluation in the TPRI; Coordinate formulation and preparation of the TPRI Medium Term Strategic Plan, Annual Action Plans and Budgets; Compile reports on TPRI projects, programs and Action Plans and Develop strategies for resource mobilization; Provide technical guidance and support for institutionalization of Strategic Planning and Budgeting process within the TPRI; Prepare memorandum of understanding for projects and programs for International financing; and Participate in analysis of outsourcing of non-core functions (Private Sector Participation).
